The Group of Companies’ cooperation with the Ministry will allow to expand the initiatives for young employees

APK-Kursk representatives held a business meeting with Vladimir Grebenkin, Acting Minister of Internal and Youth Policy of the Kursk Region. The main issue of discussion was measures to support young specialists in the region's agro-industrial complex.

The meeting took place in the House of Soviets, where the participants shared the ideas and discussed potential areas of cooperation. Lyubov Belinskaya, head of projects APK-Kursk, noted that the company carries out comprehensive work with young people, starting from school. In particular, together with the Dmitrievsky Agrotechnological College, 38 agricultural classes have been opened in Kursk region schools and its own educational project in the college has been implemented since 2019.

Vladimir Grebenkin presented the key areas of the region's youth policy. Among the projects being implemented are "More than Work" (employment assistance), "Rosmolodezh. Business" (support for youth business) and the rural development program "Personnel for the Village". Infrastructure facilities in the field of recreation, health improvement and patriotic education for youth were also presented.

Tatyana Shkurina, Head of HR APK-Kursk, mentioned that cooperation with the ministry will expand initiatives for young employees. Based on the company's experience in other regions, the coordination of regional measures to support young personnel with the Government of the Kursk Region was initiated.

In his social networks, the acting minister expressed gratitude to the management of the Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies for their readiness to work together and expressed confidence that the partnership will be an important step in the development of youth policy and will help young specialists to realize their potential in the agro-industrial sector.
