Agropromkomplektatsiya entered attractive employers rating - 2021

Randstad Employer Brand Research surveyed 34 countries, which together make up 80% of the global economy. In each country, a sample is formed that reflects the opinion of the working-age population between 18 to 65 years.

The poll was conducted in January, the coverage of the researched audience exceeded 13.8 thousand people. This year's innovation was that the respondents could choose any important and decisive criteria for them from the seventeen proposed, and not only the five most important, as it was before. As noted in the final publication based on the results of the study, among the most important criteria for a good employer, respondents noted good wages - 78%, financial stability - 78%, career growth - 60%, pleasant working atmosphere - 59%, interesting work - 57%.
