Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies: quality is above all!

World Quality Day in Russia is celebrated annually on the second Thursday of November. This holiday was first celebrated in the world on November 9, 1989 under the initiative of the largest international organizations with the support of the UN. Six years later, the European Organization for Quality announced the week which include the second Thursday in November, to be the European Quality Week.
The purpose of World Quality Day is to increase the importance of high quality products and services, as well as to activate solving quality problems. The quality of goods and services in modern life is needed for the successful operation of any enterprise and any organization.



For Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies quality is not just a word. In their work enterprises adhere to the highest standards of quality and food biosafety of manufactured products. A team of professionals is working on this task every day. Quality meetings are held weekly at the processing enterprises of Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies, where every opportunity to improve the sanitary state of production, upgrade production equipment and maintain product quality at the highest level is thoroughly analyzed. The leading role in these meetings is played by employees of the Quality Control Service, as well as directors of the enterprises who participate in every quality session. The contribution of all employees to the quality of the products of our brands is priceless!

In 2020 all processing enterprises of Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies got certificates for the updated version of the Food safety standard FSSC 22000 v.5.0 as well as adapted Russian certificates GOST R ISO 22000-2019 (ISO 22000: 2018). All processing plants of the group of companies have confirmed the high requirements of the Food Safety Management System.

Product quality starts with the quality of raw materials. Therefore the new regulation was approved and is being actively implemented at all enterprises of Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies. It is the regulation for evaluation and approval of suppliers for the quality of basic raw materials and materials. Successful work with suppliers is a guarantee of high-quality products and reduction of defects in production process.
In 2020 as a part of “small business” tactics and for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System the factories of Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies carried out the following:

Dmitrogorsk Dairy Plant LLC
  • Has improved a laboratory control due to the use of new laboratory equipment, which allows to control the viscosity of dairy products.

Dmitrogorsk Meat Processing Plant LLC
  • Has installed metal detectors for each production line of the finished product packaging area.
  • Has purchased equipment for accelerated determination of protein in flour and fodder fat.
  • Has received a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the compliance with the conditions for performing work with biological substances, biological and microbiological organisms (pathogenic microorganisms of III and IV pathogenicity groups) and their toxins.


Kursk Meat Processing Plant LLC
  • Has improved a lot for the production. For example, warning lamps and sprays were installed for intermediate disinfection of tables and conveyors, individual cells for personal belongings in the gray area were installed, all ventilation holes and channels are covered with nets; on the roofs along the perimeter of the territory of the enterprise, anti-bird spikes were installed.
  • Has developed and implemented the Food Safety Management System at the section of the technical fabrication, which was confirmed by successful external audits by clients, such as the Cherkizovo Group (PJSC) and APH Miratorg (LLC).

Feed mills:
  • Introduced new quality studies including determination of the content of mycotoxins (Zearalenone, T-2, Aflotokin, Ochratoxin, DON) in grain material and finished products for farm animals and methods for determination of organic acids and starch in silage and haylage.

  • Has purchased new laboratory equipment, which allows the determination of starch in granular compound feed and expand the capabilities of feeding specialists to make more accurate calculations of animal nutrition.
