DairyComp 305 seminar: Kursk breeders of Agropromkomplektatsiya were trained in effective herd management

DairyComp 305 is a system for efficient dairy farm management, providing reliable information, automation of routine processes and, as a result, saving time and increasing income. The complex system is used by the vast majority of livestock farms in the USA, where it was invented, as well as in Europe and Russia. The main modules of the program are zootechnical accounting, herd turnover, milking, reproduction, grouping, vaccination, veterinary medicine, raising young animals.

All dairy complexes of Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies in the Kursk and Tver regions are equipped with the necessary equipment and software, including the DairyComp 305 system. And regular training of specialists in operations in highly specialized programs is an integral part of the work process.

Dmitry Pozhidaev, head of technical support at DairyComp Russia, held a two-day seminar for veterinarians, epizootologists, livestock specialists, and clerks of the Dmitrievsky, Troitsky and Troitsky-2 dairy complexes. Training in a lecture format took place in the office of the Kursk branch of the Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies, located in the village. Troitskoe, Zheleznogorsk region. The program covered three main blocks: animal husbandry, reproduction and veterinary medicine.

After the lecture course, the listeners were tested, gaining from 79 to 99 points according to the 100-point system, and received certificates.
