Sergey Novikov showed Roman Starovoit the new technologically advanced office of Agropromkomplektatsiya

The main issue of business meeting between the CEO of Agropromkomplektatsiya Group and the Governor of Kursk region Roman Starovoit was the development of the Group's investment projects in the region, and in the Kursk city.

Roman Starovoit visited the new office of Agropromkomplektatsiya for the first time. Today, the Shared Service Center, a new structural subdivision with almost 200 employees with the prospect of expanding the staff to 350 people, is located here on an area of 3,000 square meters, with among 500 million rubles of Investments in the project. .

The task of the SSC is to centralize and separate out the repetitive, routine processes, thereby allowing the business to concentrate on its core operations.

The Center improves and organizes the processes of payroll calculation, HR processes, business and tax accounting, and maintenance of regulatory information directories.

The creation of the SSC gave Agropromkomplektatsiya a strong boost towards increasing the transparency of processes, their digitalization and automation. Based on the Shared Service Center, technological services such as chat-bot and e-document management were launched for all companies of the Group.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed the implementation of other investment projects of Agropromkomplektatsiya in several districts of Kursk region.

The Group is enhancing its pork division by constructing additional buildings at five pig farms and two artificial insemination stations. Scheduled modernization of livestock breeding facilities and other enterprises in the Kursk region continues.

As a socially responsible investor, the Group is actively involved in federal and regional programs and social projects.

"Most of our enterprises are located in countryside, and while creating new production assets, we should create infrastructure, a comfortable environment for employees," commented Sergey Novikov. "This is necessary when young specialists come to us, create families and they have no problems with housing and social amenities. The group of companies continues to create new jobs, we are actively develop its business. According to the roadmap, Group will invest 6 billion rubles this year. One of the new facilities is a meat processing plant in Konyshevka, the project cost is about 4.3 billion rubles. We are enhancing our pig farming, dairy farming, and we need people everywhere. That is why we initiated the creation of the agro-town, and are develop the project together with the regional authorities and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia with the support of a reliable partner - Russian Agricultural Bank. And our educational project on the basis of Dmitrievskiy Agrotechnological College, whose graduates have extensive practical experience at the Kursk enterprises of the Group, helps to create a pool of employees."

The commissioning of dairy farms in 2021 and reaching full capacity put Agropromkomplektatsiya in first place by gross milk production in the region, and the Kursk region in second place among all the regions of the Russian Federation in raw milk production. According to the report of the Ministry of Agriculture, the increase for 2022 was 35%.
