The total number of cattle on Agropromkomplektatsiya's farms has reached 50,000 heads
Dairy cattle breeding is one of GC Agropromkomplektatsiya 's core business areas, ranking third in the national raw milk production sector with an annual output of 224 thousand tons.
The Dairy and Meat Livestock Department of Agropromkomplektatsiya has recorded a significant increase in the number of cattle in breeding facilities across the regions of operation, with the total number of heads reaching 50,000, representing a 12.6% growth compared to July of last year. At that time, the total number of cattle was 44,400.
The cattle herd is comprised of 16,700 milking heads, with the remaining animals classified as dry cows, heifers, and young cattle of varying ages.
In 2023, the Dmitrievsky and Troitsky-2 dairy cattle complexes in the Kursk region were completed and reached full capacity. Since the beginning of 2024, the number of cattle at the Group's five dairy complexes in the Kursk and Tver regions has remained relatively consistent.

At the farm for raising and fattening young cattle in the Zheleznogorsky district of the Kursk region, the planned number of cattle stalls increased from 3,500 to 8,000 last year. Steers are still being added to the farm, which is expected to reach full capacity by the end of 2024.
